Integrated solutions for healthier, happier places
We help the NHS, local authorities, and voluntary and community groups, work together to unlock the full potential for health and wellbeing in local communities
Who we’ve worked with
Our Services
Co-production facilitation
We make co-production a reality with workshops designed to enable collaboration and joined-up thinking between diverse groups of local stakeholders.
Insight-led learning
We do research with communities into the issues that matter most to them; generating new insights and sparking new opportunities for collective action to improve population health.
Strategic consulting
We offer strategic support to system-level and place-based partners looking to work with communities to deliver on the vision of integrated care systems and move the dial on local health inequalities.
Community Chests for social prescribing
We’ve been at the forefront of developing a new funding model for investing in health & wellbeing activities in the community. These help places to:
- Grow capacity in existing community-based initiatives to improve health and wellbeing
- Commission new social prescribing activities in response to unmet health needs
- Join up thinking between the NHS, the Local Authority and local VCSE groups
- Better resource VCSE groups to address local health inequalities
- Empower local residents to participate in funding decisions and community action

Our approach
Inclusive
We enable effective and equitable collaboration between partners by ensuring our processes are accessible and inclusive for all involved.
Productive
We use design-thinking methods to allow groups to solve problems and make decisions quickly and fairly in coproduction processes.
Outcome-led
We embed iterative learning from the outset of our work, ensuring goals and outcomes are captured and measured during and after we engage.
